VEGAN SPINACH PANCAKES

Delicious vegan spinach pancakes very easy to make. The pancakes are perfect for your vegan breakfast!


INGREDIENTS AND NUTRITIONAL VALUES
Ingredients
1 banana
50g spelt flour
30g spinach
50ml soy milk
Toppings
10g maple syrup
3 kiwi berries
2 tablespoons soy yogurt
Blueberries
Blossom mix spice

Step by step instructions
First, peel a banana and put it in the blender container. Then 50g of spelt flour, 30g of spinach and 50ml of soy milk are added. Next, the ingredients are pureed with a blender until a smooth paste is formed.
The pan can now be heated with coconut oil, for instance. Once the pan is hot enough, the spinach batter can be poured into the pan to form small pancakes. Then bake well on both sides until the pancakes are golden brown.
The pancakes can now be decorated as desired. Piled on top of each other with maple syrup poured over, the pancakes taste especially good. As a topping are kiwi berries, as well as blueberries and soy yogurt. For the eye, dried petals from @justspices can be used.
