Healthy brownies? No problem! These brownies are made mostly of black beans and are high in protein. Need a snack after your GYM session? Then this is just what you need.

INGREDIENTS

  • 200g black beans

  • 3 tbsp cocoa powder

  • 3 tablespoons flaxseed

  • 30-40g rice syrup (alternative: honey, maple syrup, date syrup)

  • 1 pinch of salt

  • Vanilla flavor

  • (Vegan) chocolate drops and walnuts

  • Half a packet of baking powder

  • Coconut oil for greasing

Step by step instructions

  1. First, swell the flax seeds (3 tablespoons) with hot water ( approx. 6 tablespoons) for 20 minutes until the flax seeds have completely absorbed the water.

  2. Put the beans in a bowl with the cocoa powder, salt, vanilla flavoring, syrup and flax seeds and mix. 💡 Tip: it is easiest with a blender.

  3. Then, grease your serving dishes with coconut oil.

  4. Then you fill the dough mixture into the bowl and decorate it. I have taken chocolate drops and walnuts. Afterwards it is baked at 180 ° convection oven for about 30 minutes.
